My Approach

Systemic · body- and experience-oriented · on equal footing

Are you looking for support, for yourself, for your relationship, or for what is weighing on you right now? Do you want to understand what holds you back, to recognise old patterns and find new paths? Or are you carrying a diagnosis, a symptom, a feeling and want to listen more carefully to what it is telling you?

Then you have come to the right place.

We all know moments when we no longer know how to go on. Feelings that overwhelm us so completely that we can't imagine them ever passing. The pressure to function, to please everyone and in the process to lose ourselves somewhere. The exhaustion that comes from trying to fill an inner emptiness, only to feel even emptier afterwards. That is human. And you are not alone in this.

In such moments it can sometimes help to widen our perspective, out of the narrow spiral that only revolves around the problem, towards what sustains you, what connects you, what already knows in you how things can move forward. Because this knowledge is within you. Sometimes we need someone to help us regain access to it.

For me, therapy is a space for slowing down, a place where everything can be and be held that otherwise seems too much. I work in a body- and experience-oriented, resource-focused way, always on equal footing. You determine the pace and direction. I am the expert in the process; you are the expert of your own life. My task is not to tell you what to do, but to help you reconnect with your own knowledge, your resources, and your capacity for self-healing.

My approach is systemic: we don't look at you in isolation, but in the context of your relationships, your history, and your environment. Everything in you has become the way it is for good reasons, together we set out in search of new spaces of possibility.

My work is open to all people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, origin, religion, or relationship model. I welcome diversity – in life stories, identities, and life choices.

Therapeutic approaches

Depending on what your needs require, I work with different therapeutic approaches:

  • Body-oriented – working with the wisdom of your body
  • Trauma-sensitive – with respect for what you have carried
  • Multigenerational – your history in the context of your family
  • Structural – recognising, understanding, changing patterns
  • Narrative – new stories about you and your life
  • Solution-focused – attention to what already works

Which approaches are used is guided by what feels right for you and what connects with your existing resources.

As an approved psychological psychotherapist with a specialisation in systemic therapy, I offer scientifically grounded and socially recognised psychotherapy – for the full spectrum of psychological and psychosomatic conditions. I am convinced that healing can emerge in different settings: in individual sessions, in multi-person settings with significant others, in groups, or as a couple. In this sense, I offer various formats for healing in my practice.
